It is the first step in self-healing since it is easy to learn and apply to all ages. It means “cultivation of Qi,” where qi can be translated as vital energy. It is exercise and “innercise,” which connects the body, mind, and soul with over 3000 styles. Unlike its sister, Tai Chi, it is free-form, making it applicable and suitable for all ages as an everyday exercise. A 10-15 minute morning routine, before breakfast, is a joyful way to start the day by modifying your sequence to fit your body’s condition, mood, and the time of year, with particular emphasis on seasonality. The most dynamic stretches, both in and out of motion, positively impact joint mobility. Its emphasis on posture helps improve, especially core stability and balance.

Murat is blending yoga poses with qi gong practices, making it easier to comprehend. Murat is also incorporating active meditation into the sequences to enhance sleep quality, if practiced before bedtime, and quiet the mind in cases of mental fatigue.

Qi Gong predates acupuncture and all other modalities, with roots dating back approximately 4,000 years.
